This arrangement supports the hands‑on, responsive nature of the role and helps ensure seamless support for our household/team needs.You WillWork directly with a Property Manager to ensure preventative maintenance is completed and supervise contractors/trades who are on siteComplete minor building repairs such as painting, basic plumbing and carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and assist janitorial duties as requiredConduct standard move in and move out inspections as requiredDeliver an exemplary level of customer service by responding professionally and promptly to resident inquiries, greeting tenants, visitors and contractorsComplete daily inspections of the property’s common areas, building exterior and any amenities to ensure all are maintained to a high standard and move in and move out inspections as requiredConduct inspections of all utility and storage rooms,



and ensure cleanlinessComplete monthly, quarterly and annual building reports through YardiOversee elevator bookings and ensure security is maintained during movesSupervise the use of any amenity areasRespond to and coordinate tenant repairsAnswer the building phone line on a rotation to resolve tenant concerns, and be on call for property emergenciesProgram security fobs as required and ensure the property is safe and secure at all timeEnsure the Property Management Office and property interior and exterior are clean and tidy in conjunction with othersEnsure compliance with relevant legislation including the RTA, Fire Codes, WCB, OH&SAttend staff meetingsAssist if needed at our other multi‑family properties in the Metro Vancouver areaShow suites to prospective tenants, evaluating candidates and providing feedback to the property managerOther duties as assignedYou HaveMinimum of 2 years residential maintenance experienceUnderstanding of BC Residential Tenancy Act and its application an assetExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExcellent organizational and problem‑solving skillsWillingness to learn and the ability to work without direction – a self‑starterProficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word,
