Job SummaryAdobe AEM Librarian – 5‑month contract with a leading financial institution headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Hybrid work arrangement. Pay starts at $42 per hour. Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Job ResponsibilitiesOrganise, catalogue, and quality‑control content within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.Manage metadata, taxonomies, and optimise asset classification.Handle licensing, rights management, and publish assets.Process and respond to incoming user requests.Provide end‑user support: access troubleshooting, training, and asset search assistance.Support users in the United States and Canada.Lead user access management and generate monthly access reports.Develop and maintain training documentation; facilitate in‑person and virtual training sessions.Participate in evaluation, integration, and testing of related marketing technologies to improve processes and productivity.Assist in system testing and provide support for testing system functions.Gather requirements for enhancements and represent user needs to ensure a user‑friendly system.Experience & Qualification RequirementsBachelor’s degree required.At least 3 years of experience with content management, digital asset management,



or records and information management.Robust understanding of taxonomy, metadata standards, and tagging.Experience with creative workflows, file formats, and asset rights management.Knowledge of digital asset management platforms and basic SEO.Technical acumen, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience working with technology teams, developers, and agile/scrum methodologies.Familiarity with Adobe AEM Sites and Assets, as well as Adobe Workfront, Jira, and Confluence.Experience in rights management (licenses, copyrights, usage rights).Background in information, records management or library sciences preferred.Analytical, creative mindset and strong communication skills.EEO StatementRobertson & the clients we represent are equal‑opportunity employers, committed to diversity and inclusion.
