Your creative work will shape how our team members and the world see Mattamy, impacting our culture and brand.What we offerAs the Multimedia Designer, you will be the creative force behind Mattamy’s visual storytelling, working across print and digital channels for internal and external audiences. You will capture moments, design compelling visuals and support multimedia production, delivering work that meets our brand standards and deadlines.Note: While not mandatory, we strongly encourage including a cover letter to highlight your communication skills, interest in the role, and relevant experience. If you’re selected for an interview, you’ll also be asked to share a portfolio of your work.What you’ll doLead and create engaging multimedia and design projects (including handbooks, posters, presentations, social content, web assets and more) ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency and quality through collaboration with internal partners and vendors.Capture photography for the company’s LinkedIn and internal stories to support broader communications and employer brand initiatives.Leverage analytics, feedback and best practices to enhance creative projects and processes, contribute to creative strategy and inform communications channel strategies.Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal teams from all levels and areas of the organization.Contribute fresh ideas and assist with a variety of projects as part of a small, cross‑functional Communications team,



embracing an iterative role that evolves to help achieve team and company goals.What you bringDegree and/or post‑graduate certificate in Visual Arts, Graphic/Multimedia Design or related field.3+ years of experience in multimedia design and creative project management.Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).Strong photography skills with an eye for capturing and editing compelling images.Skilled at building strong relationships, collaborating and communicating with colleagues across all levels and functions, both in‑person and virtually.Ability to work on multiple projects from end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Hunger for continuous learning, with an ability to stay on top of and integrate best practices.Self‑motivated and able to work with autonomy, yet thrives in a collaborative, team environment.Bonus pointsFamiliarity with video/audio production and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition.Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.Experience with ContactMonkey or similar internal email tools.CompensationThe expected base salary range for this position is $57,500 – $87,500. Actual pay may vary depending on your job‑related knowledge, competencies, and skills.
