This 7-month contract role is ideal for someone with experience in SAP ERP, order processing, customer support, or office-based business operations within a professional corporate environment.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end order creation, entry, adjustments, and processing in SAP ERPReview customer-requested delivery dates and confirm product availabilityCoordinate and process dealer transfer transactions accurately within SAPProcess and coordinate product return requests and related documentationRespond to customer and internal inquiries related to orders, product availability, and account support via phone and emailResearch, document, and communicate resolutions for complaints and order errorsCollaborate with internal customer support, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order managementActively participate in customer service and order management process improvement projectsRequirements:2+ years of experience in customer support, order entry,
