Make It Matter.You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.How You Will ContributeYou will use your in‑depth process and service knowledge to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co‑owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardisation and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data‑protection activities comply with Mondelēz policies and the law, analyse and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the continuous improvement process for the team.What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:Strategic Service Alignment (with Internal & External Stakeholders)Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and third‑party vendors to coordinate leave administration, accommodation, and sick leaveBuild strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, leadership teams and centres of excellenceFacilitate vendor and internal‑team alignment meetings to ensure consistent communication and service deliverySupport change management and communication efforts related to vendor operationsDevelop and execute change communication plans to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholdersVendor Management & PerformanceLead vendor performance, calibrations and quality review sessions with vendors and key stakeholdersMeasure performance against service‑level agreements (SLAs),
turnaround times and quality standardsReview performance trends, identify risks and take action on improvement opportunitiesGovernance Cadence & Process MonitoringEnsure vendor compliance with contractual obligations, company policies and regulatory requirementsMonitor regulatory updates and assess operational impact on leave processes and policiesFollow all compliance and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate and audit‑ready documentation as neededEnsure leave practices align with company policies and labour standardsProvide guidance on employee leave cases that involve complexitySite Visits, Capability Building & Managing EscalationsConduct regular site visits to assess operational performance, process adherence and service delivery standardsSupport site readiness during launches, transitions or current process and vendor implementationMonitor change effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase adoption and engagementSupport onboarding and knowledge transfer activitiesDeliver onsite trainingMonitor escalation trends and recommend or implement preventive measuresEducation / CertificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field (preferred)Job Specific Requirements2–4+ years of experience in non‑occupational leave‑of‑absence and accommodation processes, HR operations,
employee relations or people‑experience rolesExperience managing vendors and complex employee casesExperience managing external vendors or third‑party administratorsWorking with cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced operational environmentProven experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development using Power BI or similar toolsProject management methodologies and vendor project implementation experienceStrong understanding of the Employment Standards Act and non‑occupational leave‑of‑absence and accommodation requirements across all Canadian provincesSupports all Mondelez Canada sites across the GTA; 10–20% travel within the GTATravel Requirements10–20% travel within the GTA, supporting all Mondelez Canada sites across the region.Work Schedule37.5 hours per week.Salary and BenefitsThe expected base salary range for this position is $76,800 to $96,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, education and budget. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for a bonus programme with a target of 8% and potential for over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
