Sales Executive / Kitchen Designer – Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation

RFS Remodeling is hiring ASAP!

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Kitchen Designer to join our growing renovation team serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Position Responsibilities

- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and measurements.
- Understand clients’ renovation needs, budget, and design preferences.
- Prepare kitchen and bathroom renovation proposals and quotations.
- Create kitchen layouts and design concepts.
- Present cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and other renovation products.
- Follow up with leads and convert consultations into signed projects.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the design, installation, and renovation teams.

Requirements

- Previous sales experience in kitchen, bathroom, or home renovation is required.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom renovation products and processes.
- Kitchen design experience is an important asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation,



and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-service and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience with design software and CRM systems is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Compensation

Salary + Commission

Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications.
