West Exo is looking for driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to help bring innovative wearable technology to businesses and organizations across Western Canada.

We distribute G Heat heated/cooling apparel and industrial exoskeleton technology with applications across healthcare, rehabilitation, sports, construction, industrial, workplace safety, outdoor recreation, and other demanding environments.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a commission-only, independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential.

You will work an existing lead list while developing your own accounts, relationships, and territory.

We're looking for a sales hunter who can open doors, build relationships with decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations, and close B2B opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work our existing lead list and generate current prospects
- Identify and contact B2B decision-makers
- Build relationships and develop sales opportunities
- Conduct calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Close new accounts and develop repeat business
- Identify new industries and applications
- Manage your sales pipeline independently
- Represent West Exo professionally

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are

- An experienced B2B salesperson or proven sales hunter
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial




- Strong at building relationships and opening doors
- Comfortable presenting and demonstrating products
- Connected within business, healthcare, sports, industrial, or other relevant markets
- Motivated by uncapped commission-based income

Existing relationships in healthcare, rehabilitation, sports, construction, industrial, workplace safety, outdoor recreation, retail, or distribution are a major advantage.
