Role Description: Sales Intern The Sales Intern role is a remote contract position that supports the growth of Stone Graphic and Web Design’s client base and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Identifying and researching prospective clients
- Assisting with outreach via email, phone, and social channels
- Scheduling and preparing for sales meetings or demos
- Responding to inquiries and following up on leads
- Maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools or CRM systems
- Supporting the development of sales materials
- Participating in training sessions




- Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills for clear outreach, follow-up, and collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Robust customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally, build rapport, and support positive client experiences
- Strong sales skills to assist with lead generation, qualification, and basic sales presentations or demos
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable access to digital communication tools and the ability to manage tasks independently
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Looking to complete a co-op placement for post-secondary education
