Western Canada Sales Manager

We are seeking a Western Canada Sales Manager to lead our Sales Representatives across Western Canada.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this is a hands-on, people-focused leadership role responsible for coaching the team, driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and growing the business.

Compensation

Salary plus commission-based earnings

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Sales Representatives.
- Drive sales growth by monitoring performance and identifying opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and support key accounts, trade shows,



and sales initiatives.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to help the team succeed.

Qualifications

- Proven sales leadership or management experience.
- Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and drive business growth.
