We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales growth through exceptional customer engagement. Responsibilities

- Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Have previous knowledge of plumbing supplies, or building homes.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage merchandising displays, ensuring products are well-presented and organized to attract customer interest.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures, while maintaining POS (Point of Sale) system integrity.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent communication skills, phone etiquette,



and organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and product placement to ensure optimal store presentation.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable, especially with a focus on product demos and technical explanations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer groups.
- Demonstrated technical sales experience involving complex products or services is preferred.
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling is essential.
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills, time management, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in upselling techniques and retail environments will help you excel in this role.
- Good Cold calling skills (pay will also depend on assessed performance, pay will also include commission)
