Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and suggest suitable products or solutions tailored to their preferences.
- Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked, labeled, and appealing.




- Utilize strong communication skills to answer customer inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively and expand the reach of our products.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy workplace.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive and growing business relationships.
