Elegant Flooring is a Halifax based tile distributor that caters to retailers, architects and designers in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to service HRM and Newfoundland. This position is based out of our Bedford Highway location and is a full time position.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Sales calls to our dealers and select architects and designers to show and introduce our product line
- Work closely with the A&D; community to specify our products for upcoming/future work
- Maintain and expand our existing relationships with our dealer network




- Assist clients in finding the right choice to meet their requirements
- Deliver samples to our dealers and set up displays at dealers.

Job Requirements:

- history of sales and increasing sales volume
- must own vehicle
- computer literate
- ability to do some travel
- must speak fluent English
- must be enthusiastic and eager to learn
- knowledge of the flooring industry would be an asset

Compensation:

- this is a salary plus commission position
- mileage paid for vehicle use
- benefit package available after 3 months
