MobiPhix Canada supplies mobile device parts, repair tools, and accessories to repair shops and resellers across Canada. We’re looking for a dependable Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, learning products, and following through.

This is a hands-on sales role based at our Mississauga warehouse and showroom. You’ll work with existing customers and new prospects by phone, email, and in person. Some conversations start with a part number; others require asking the right questions, checking stock, and helping the customer choose the right option. Accuracy and speed matter, but so does building the kind of trust that brings customers back.

What you’ll do

- Respond to sales inquiries from repair shops, resellers, and service providers
- Prepare quotes, confirm pricing and availability, and enter orders accurately
- Follow up on leads, open quotes, and past customers
- Reach out to potential customers and introduce them to MobiPhix
- Learn our catalogue of screens, batteries, repair tools, accessories, and related products
- Work closely with the warehouse and purchasing teams on stock, order status, and customer requests
- Keep customer notes, follow-ups, and sales opportunities organized
- Help resolve order issues in a practical and professional way
- Share customer feedback, recurring requests, and product opportunities with the team

What we’re looking for

- Clear, friendly communication by phone, email, and in person




- Good judgment, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
- Confidence speaking with customers and asking for the sale
- Comfort using order-entry systems, spreadsheets, email, and customer-management tools
- An interest in phones, electronics, or the repair industry, with a willingness to learn the products
- The ability to work full-time in office in Mississauga

Preferred qualifications

- One or more years of sales or customer service experience
- Experience in B2B sales, wholesale distribution, electronics, mobile repair, or a related field
- Experience with outbound prospecting, quote follow-up, or managing repeat customer accounts
- Familiarity with CRM, order-entry, inventory, or point-of-sale systems
- Working knowledge of smartphone parts, common device models, or repair workflows

These qualifications are preferred, not required. Product knowledge can be taught. Reliability, curiosity, and the way you treat customers matter just as much.
