Seasonal Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Earn $200–$500+ Per Day

Join MIB Exterior Solutions for our final sales push of the exterior-cleaning season. We are hiring two confident and motivated Sales Representatives to connect Edmonton-area homeowners with professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, siding washing and exterior-maintenance solutions.

This is a flexible, in-person, commission-based opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, controlling their schedule and being rewarded directly for performance. No previous sales experience is required. You’ll receive service training, sales guidance, pricing information and ongoing support.

Your responsibility is to generate leads, understand customer needs, provide accurate quotes and close sales—our service team handles the cleaning.

Representatives can earn approximately $200–$500+ on productive sales days. Commission starts at 25% of collected sales and increases up to 30% based on production. Earnings are uncapped, performance-based and not guaranteed.

Duties

- Speak with homeowners through door-to-door canvassing and neighbourhood outreach
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s exterior-cleaning needs
- Explain MIB’s services, process and customer benefits clearly
- Provide accurate quotes using company pricing guidelines
- Recommend suitable service packages and relevant upgrades
- Follow up with interested homeowners by phone or text
- Schedule confirmed jobs according to crew availability
- Accurately record customer information, quotes, appointments and payments




- Represent MIB professionally while working in the field
- Attend brief sales meetings, training sessions and performance check-ins
- Work toward individual daily and weekly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations team to provide customers with a smooth experience

Compensation
- 100% performance-based commission
- Starting commission of 25% on collected sales
- Opportunity to earn up to 30% based on production
- Estimated earning potential of $200–$500+ on productive sales days

- No commission is paid on cancelled, refunded or unpaid work

For example, $800 in collected sales at 25% commission equals $200 in earnings.

Flexible Schedule

This opportunity can be worked around another job or school schedule. Productive canvassing hours generally include weekday afternoons, evenings and weekends. Full-time hours are also available for representatives who want to maximize their earning potential.

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated, coachable and results-oriented




- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to explain services and pricing confidently
- Strong organization and follow-up habits
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Smartphone with reliable calling, texting and data access
- Reliable transportation to assigned Edmonton-area neighbourhoods
- Availability during productive afternoon, evening or weekend canvassing hours
- Previous door-to-door, home-service, retail or commission-sales experience is an asset but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
