We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Representatives to join our Optimum sales team. This is a fully remote, phone-based position focused on speaking with potential customers and closing sales for Optimum internet and telecommunications services.

Unlike traditional door-to-door or outside sales positions, all customer interactions will be handled over the phone. Representatives will work with leads, identify the customer’s needs, explain available Optimum services and promotions, and guide qualified customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities

- Contact and speak with potential customers over the phone
- Present and explain Optimum internet and telecommunications services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans
- Answer questions regarding pricing, promotions, installation, and services
- Follow up with interested leads and previously contacted customers
- Close sales and accurately collect the required customer information
- Maintain skilled communication throughout the sales process




- Meet individual sales targets and performance expectations

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Comfortable with sales, negotiation, and handling objections
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable access to a phone, computer, and stable internet connection
- Previous sales or call centre experience is an asset but not required
- Willingness to learn Optimum products, promotions, and sales processes

Position Type: Remote / Phone Sales Compensation: Commission-based with the opportunity to increase earnings based on sales performance.

This position is a good fit for someone who is confident on the phone, competitive, self-motivated, and interested in building experience in telecommunications sales.

Pay: $750.00-$1,400.00 per week
