Responsibilities

- Engage proactively with potential clients through outside sales efforts to promote remote video monitoring solutions for security cameras.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate security technology packages.
- Lead negotiations and close deals by clearly articulating product benefits, pricing, and service options.
- Develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of service agreements.

Requirements





- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on security or surveillance solutions.
- Comfort with in-person, face-to-face prospecting, not just over the phone and email.
- Self-Motivated, with the ability to build a pipeline without leads provided.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management within a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and client engagement.
- Technical sales experience involving security cameras or related technologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and tracking progress.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Must be completely fluent and speak clearly in the English language.
- Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are required for in-territory travel.
