Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team every Saturday and Sunday. Additional shifts can and will be available, but weekends are mandatory.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales through excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal abilities, and desire to take initiative. Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, and product demos are highly valued. Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to enhance customer understanding
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are completed within scheduled shifts
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person

Skills

- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales environments is advantageous
- Proficiency in product demos and merchandising techniques
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and qualified demeanor
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining customer satisfaction
