Washr Solutions provides mobile fleet cleaning services for companies operating transport trucks and multi-vehicle fleets. We travel to our clients' locations and deliver professional, on-site cleaning solutions that keep their vehicles road-ready and looking sharp — no downtime, no drop-off required.

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our client base. You'll identify and reach out to companies operating commercial fleets, build relationships with decision-makers, and bring new business to Washr Solutions. This role is a great fit for someone who's driven, personable, and excited to earn based on results.

What You'll Do

- Identify and prospect new commercial fleet clients through calls, emails, and in-person outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Present and explain Washr Solutions' services to potential customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
- Negotiate and close new contracts
- Track leads, opportunities,



and client communications
- Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth handoff for new accounts
- Represent Washr Solutions professionally at client sites and industry events

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
- Prior sales or business development experience is an asset, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Organized and able to manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups
- Team player who takes pride in bringing in new business
