Cartier Fragrance Sales Specialist / Brand Representative

Overview

We are seeking an energetic, polished, and customer-focused Sales Specialist / Brand Representative to support Cartier Fragrances at Holt Renfrew Vancouver.

The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury fragrance, fashion, beauty, and exceptional client service. You will represent Cartier on the sales floor, introduce clients to the Cartier fragrance collection, provide personalized fragrance consultations, and create a memorable luxury experience for every client.

Previous experience in luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or high-end customer service is strongly preferred.

Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly preferred to support our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

- Represent Cartier Fragrances professionally and maintain the highest standards of luxury client service.
- Welcome and engage clients, understand their fragrance preferences, and recommend suitable Cartier fragrances.
- Introduce clients to Cartier fragrance collections through engaging product demonstrations and storytelling.
- Develop strong knowledge of fragrance notes, collections, product features, and the heritage of Cartier.
- Build genuine client relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service and clienteling.
- Support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell while maintaining a client-first approach.
- Maintain an elegant, organized,



and brand-appropriate presentation of the Cartier fragrance area.
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with the Holt Renfrew Beauty and Fragrance teams.
- Support special events, promotional periods, launches, and other Cartier activations as required.
- Communicate customer feedback, product requests, and sales opportunities to the Cartier Sales Specialist/management team.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or premium customer service is preferred.
- Strong sales ability and confidence approaching and engaging clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polished, reliable, and enthusiastic personality.
- Genuine interest in luxury fragrance and the Cartier brand.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate fragrance stories confidently.
- Strong relationship-building and clienteling skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the store team.
- Flexible availability, particularly weekends, holidays, special events, and peak retail periods, is an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
