Location: Vancouver

Position Overview

Responsible for executing and delivering channel sales activities in the Western Canada region, leading customer acquisition and existing client relationship management to ensure continuous achievement of sales targets. As a core execution role within the regional sales team, the incumbent works closely with the Regional Head to understand local market needs, drive product penetration and growth at the channel level, and collaborate with internal functions to ensure efficient order fulfillment and after-sales support. The ideal candidate is highly goal-oriented with a strong results-driven mindset, capable of sustaining performance growth under pressure.

I. Core Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement: Align with the company's annual and quarterly sales strategies to develop and execute individual sales plans, covering customer acquisition, order tracking, and receivables management. Ensure steady achievement of core KPIs including regional sales revenue, customer retention rate, and new customer acquisition count. Regularly report performance progress to the Regional Head and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

2. Customer Development & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and acquire potential customer resources within the region, including distributors, retail endpoints, and project partners.

Manage the full process from business negotiation and contract execution to customer onboarding. Maintain deep relationships with existing customers through regular visits, accurately capture customer needs, and drive repeat purchases and partnership growth to enhance channel loyalty and relationship quality.

3. Channel Management & Execution: Support the Regional Head in executing channel strategies, ensuring effective implementation of product displays, promotional activities, and pricing policies at the retail level. Monitor channel inventory levels and sales dynamics, promptly report and coordinate resolution of anomalies, and ensure healthy and efficient channel operations.

4. Market Intelligence & Feedback:



Regularly research regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to produce structured market intelligence reports, providing front-line data support for product iteration, pricing strategy adjustments, and regional business optimization. Maintain keen awareness of industry trends and proactively share valuable market insights with the team.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate efficiently with order management, warehousing, logistics, and after-sales departments to resolve cross-functional issues in business workflows. Ensure on-time product delivery and closed-loop handling of customer after-sales requests. Maintain smooth daily business operations to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

6. Other Duties: Support overall company operations and efficiently complete ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Regional Head.

II. Qualifications 1. Education & Major

Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Business English, or related fields are preferred.

2. Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience with a proven track record in customer acquisition, business negotiation, and channel maintenance. Experience in the home appliance or kitchen appliance industry is preferred. Familiarity with Canadian local retail channel operations is preferred. Candidates with successful 0-to-1 regional market expansion cases are preferred.

- Customer Service Orientation: Customer-centric approach with proactive attention to customer experience and after-sales needs. Responsive in addressing and resolving customer issues to continuously improve satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Stress Resistance & Adaptability: Ability to handle the pressure of sales target achievement and adapt to frequent regional travel requirements. Strong emergency response capabilities to manage unexpected market situations.

4. Language & Other Requirements

- Language: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Ability to independently conduct business negotiations and customer communications in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus (to facilitate communication with HQ).
- Other Requirements: Hold a valid Canadian work permit. Familiarity with Canadian local business culture and consumer market characteristics. Robust professional ethics — honest, responsible, proactive, and self-motivated. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to travel frequently within the region. Knowledge of product features and brand philosophy is preferred.

III. Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Market-competitive salary aligned with the local market. Specific terms to be discussed.

Pay: $36,500.00-$87,950.29 per year
