Seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong Salesforce knowledge and Retail domain experience. The role is highly business-facing and requires strong skills in requirements gathering, prioritization, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager
- Strong Salesforce knowledge and implementation experience
- Retail domain experience preferred
- Solid requirement gathering, documentation, and business analysis skills
- Experience with Agile, PI Planning, backlog management, and prioritization
- Ability to prioritize work based on business value and customer impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce certification is a plus
