Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON – Onsite / Work from Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a business-oriented Business Analyst with strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills . Experience in the Sales or Retail industry is highly preferred.

This is a business program and product delivery role , focused on partnering with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define product requirements, translate requirements into actionable features, validate solutions through testing, and drive successful implementation and adoption.

Salesforce knowledge is a plus. This is a non-coding role. Development activities will be supported by the Worldwide Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business goals, strategy, and requirements
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Define and document features, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Translate business requirements into actionable features for technology teams
- Work closely with product and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle




- Validate solutions through testing and business/user acceptance
- Support implementation, rollout, and business tool adoption
- Drive business programs and product delivery initiatives
- Identify business challenges and work with stakeholders to develop effective solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and user needs

Required / Preferred Skills

- Strong Business Analysis / Product Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience writing features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience with testing/UAT and solution validation
- Experience driving business programs and technology/product adoption
- Strong understanding of the product delivery lifecycle
- Sales or Retail industry experience is highly preferred
- No Salesforce coding/development experience is required
