We are currently hiring a Salon Receptionist to join our team.

This is not an entry-level front desk role. We are looking for someone highly organized, responsible, dependable, and confident in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The right candidate is friendly, polished, well-spoken, and naturally solution-oriented.

The most critical skill for this role is problem solving. Can you be part of the solution? We need someone who stays calm under pressure, thinks quickly, and handles situations professionally and confidently.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Salon industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Confident making 20+ outbound calls per day
- Comfortable handling 50+ inbound calls daily
- Sales ability — a large portion of this role involves booking services over the phone
- Skilled appearance and high-end customer service mindset

This role requires someone proactive, positive,



and capable of managing high call volume while maintaining a warm and elevated client experience. If you are dependable, sales-driven, and thrive in a structured, fast-moving environment, we would love to hear from you.
