SKILLS REQUIRED

Solid experience as a

Senior Technical Support Analyst

with hands-on expertise in

Pega

applications.

Strong knowledge of

Unix/Linux, SQL, Dynatrace, and Elasticsearch

for application support and troubleshooting.

Experience in

production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring .

Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues while ensuring timely resolution of production incidents.





Monitor application health and performance using

Dynatrace and Elasticsearch .

Experience with

Pega application deployment, configuration, and support

is preferred.
