Position SummaryReporting directly to the Director of Care, the Health Care Aide (HCA) is a regulated member of the interprofessional health care team who provides ongoing client care. The HCA observes, monitors and reports on client status/condition, including changes in physical and emotional status. The HCA reports changes to the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
