In this permanent full-time position, you will work closely with both Canadian and Global Risk & Compliance teams. You'll be responsible for enhancing compliance governance and managing complex reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic insights. Elevate the compliance framework through innovative approaches and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage compliance governance and strategy development • Enhance reporting processes for Canadian Risk Committee • Ensure compliance with Risk Appetite Framework • Lead continuous improvement in compliance initiatives • Build partnerships within Compliance and business units

Requirements: • 6–9+ years of experience in compliance roles • Solid understanding of Canadian regulatory landscape • Proven success in developing compliance frameworks • Experience with regulatory stakeholder engagement • University degree required; risk certifications are an asset
