This role directly contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional deliveries, while maintaining compliance with all transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and pick up products according to established routes and schedulesOperate all company delivery vehicles with the highest regard to road safety,
and follow all rules and regulations relating to the transport of dangerous goodsLoad and unload products safely and efficiently – frequent heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs and occasionally moving (pushing, pulling, etc.) up to 100 lbsAccurately complete delivery, shipping, and warehouse documentationMaintain professional relationships with customers at delivery locationsPerform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptlyMaintain compliance with East Penn health & safety policies and procedures at all timesOccasionally assist with warehouse duties and inventory countsExperience & Qualifications3‑5 years of commercial AZ delivery driving experienceValid AZ driver’s licence with air brake endorsement and a clean driver’s abstractAble to lift up to 50 lbs repetitivelyAble to push, pull, or move up to 100 lbs occasionallyStrong customer service skills and enjoy working with peopleExcellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with the ability to confidently provide customers with delivery and product information when requestedComfortable working with mobile technologyStrong organization and time‑management skillsAble to maintain composure and professionalism at all times1–2 years of warehouse experience a strong assetForklift certification, liftgate experience, and a background of transporting dangerous goods are solid assetsAdditional ConsiderationsBackground checks including criminal checks, employment references, and drivers’ abstracts will be required as a condition of employmentHiring range for this role is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour.
