Our head office houses Tolko's corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement and Human Resources.QualificationsCertified Professional Accounting Designationwith5 yearsof experience.Demonstrated hands onsales/operational financial operating skillsand a good understanding ofconsolidation conceptsare preferred.Excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding ofgeneral accounting principlesand strong accounting knowledge in relation tocost accounting, inventory control margin analysisandconsolidations .Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills.Problem-solvingskills with strongdecision-makingcapability.Proficiency in forward planning and project management.Excellent computer skills and proficiency withMicrosoft Office suiteincluding Power BI.Proficiency with JDE and Dynamics AX considered assets.Knowledge of the forestry industry considered an asset.ResponsibilitiesPrepare Month end monthlyfinancial statements, presentations, analysison a consistent and accurate basis.Be involved inpreparingandreviewingbudgets, forecasts, external and internal audit requests, financial analysis, developing reports, systems administration,



and consolidated accounting and reporting.Calculate and/or review relatedaccruals and payment vouchers .Conductaccount analysisand review of all assignedbalance sheet accounts .Prepare and/or review ofreconciliationsandjournal entriesincluding consolidation entries.Prepareexternal audit working papers .Be involved withconsolidating journal entries, and preparation ofconsolidated financial statements .Respond and provide analysis/information to support leadership, operations sectors or departments.BenefitsYou'll take on anexciting new challengewithsupportive team members .You'll earn a competitive salary based on your skills and experience.
