Red Tower Armoury is a custom Cerakote application shop specializing in the manufacturing and firearms industry.

Red Tower Armoury Inc. is looking to fill a position for a Sandblaster. Previous experience in the industrial/ manufacturing industry is preferred but not required. Applicants must be physically fit and able, well organized, be able to work independently, hold flexible hours, and meet strict timelines in a quick-paced environment.

Knowledge surrounding the operation of sand blast cabinets is an asset. Equipment will be a MooduBlast Pressure Pot Sandblast Cabinet.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Sandblasting to required specifications
- Organization/ Maintenance of sand blast cabinet and equipment
- Load/ Unload parts for blast
- General housekeeping of work area
- Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on prepping material for paint
- Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and procedures
- Operate Sandblast Equipment
- Clean product and maintenance of blast equipment
- Skid/ Band/ Tag completed parts
- Organize and put away part deliveries




- Some general assembly and maintenance duties required

Work Conditions:
- Ability to lift and carry objects with assistance 50-75lbs
- The ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity required
- Frequently noisy working environment
- Overtime as required
- Able to remain standing for long periods of time

Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in an ISO certified environment
- Must have experience working in an assembly environment
- Experience with use of hand tools: hammer, punch, screwdriver, scissors, allen keys, pliers
- RPAL Licensing – is an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
