Location: Edmonton

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Night Shift 3:30pm to 1:30am (Monday to Thursday)

Role Responsibilities

- Operate sandblasting and surface preparation equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect parts and surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Apply coatings evenly on parts as per required Work Order specifications using Reinhold Industries Limited’s patented coating systems.




- Consistently meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Mask or protect areas that should not be blasted.
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of blasting equipment.
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
- Comply with all Reinhold Industries Limited safety regulations, policies and procedures.

Role Requirements

- 3+ years experience applying spray coating in a manufacturing setting is an asset.
- Must be able to use and operate blast cabinets and blast room equipment.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up and handle material weighing up to 50lbs.
- Ability to prioritize workload and have excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings is an asset.
