Triple A Cheese values high ethical standards and personal integrity of its employees. Production employees are responsible for adhering to plant policies and procedures and performing job tasks as defined to ensure production activities are met.

Shift Time: 11am - 730pm

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

· Safety and critical cleaning:

o Process validation results.

o Clean in-place (CIP) system targeted to prevention of contamination (prevention of coliform and other microbial contaminants).

· Perfect dismantling and assemblage of CIP machine.

· Ensure protected and proper cleaning and sanitation from system with start up services – CIP, tanks.

· Test wash cycle recipes to verify successful cleaning and to validate the cleaning process .

· Safe treatment and sterilization of plastic sheets.

· Ensure environmental cleaning, floor, walls, incubator room, conveyors.

· Ensure waste collection and disposal at all times.





· Maintain a clean and organized work environment

· Perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures on plastic sheets used to stack cheese

· Ensures all company guidelines, GMP’s, policies and other duties are followed and implemented as assigned

· Ensures adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and communicates concerns to management immediately

· Perform general cleaning requirements as assigned.

· Lifting is required

· Any other duties requested by Supervisor or Management

Technical Requirements

· Experience in HACCP and GMPs

· Experience working in a Food Plant environment an asset

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
