ERP Change Management Specialist – SAP Transformation

Contract: October to December 2026

Our client is looking for an experienced ERP Change Management Specialist to support an upcoming SAP ERP transformation .

The role will focus on current-state process discovery, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities across Hire to Retire (H2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Plan to Budget (P2B) .

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of change management experience
- Strong ERP business process and process mapping experience
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and validation sessions
- Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness, communications, training, and adoption
- Robust stakeholder management and documentation skills

Preferred:

- SAP SuccessFactors / H2R experience
- Prosci or CCMP certification
- Public-sector or municipal experience
- LeanIX exposure

Rate: Approximately $100–$125/hour , depending on experience.
