- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM •
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules. •

Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation. •
- Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management. •
- Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements. •
- Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes. •
- Work closely with business teams to understand the system needs and enhancements. •




- Understand and support the custom solutions designed and implemented for the non-standard solutions. •
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies. •
- Support workflow automation for HR processes •
- Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other third-party applications. •
- Troubleshoot issues related to Payroll, Advantages, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling. •
- Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support. •
- SAP certification in HCM.
