We are seeking a Full Time SAP IBP Lead with extensive hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration, implementation, supply chain planning, and client-facing delivery. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and provide functional and technical leadership across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP; planning

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Work with business teams to understand Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP;, and Response Supply processes
- Configure SAP IBP for Demand, Supply Response, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP;
- Design planning areas, master data, key figures, attributes, and planning operators
- Develop planning views, dashboards, and Excel add-ins
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other source systems using CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI
- Support data modeling, data flows, and performance optimization
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support




- Provide production support and troubleshoot planning and data issues
- Prepare functional and technical documentation
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical leadership and manage client relationships

Required Skills

- 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience
- 10+ years of SAP IBP experience preferred
- Strong hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience
- Expertise in one or more modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP;
- Robust supply chain planning process knowledge
- Strong CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI integration experience
- Knowledge of planning areas, key figures, operators, attributes, and master data
- SAP S/4HANA integration experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
