SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in SAP IS-U Billing and Device Management (DM) within Meter-to-Cash (M2C) operations.
- Hands-on experience resolving billing exceptions, incidents, defects, meter readings, and device installation/removal issues.
- Strong knowledge of IDEX, IDoc processing, and SAP IS-U integrations.
- Experience with SAP IS-U configuration, WRICEF objects, and functional specifications.
- Strong experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, and end-to-end validation.




- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric – Dataflows, Pipelines, Lakehouse, and Power BI Embedded Analytics.
- Ability to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and recurring billing issue resolutions.
