SAP WMS / Blue Yonder Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP WMS / Blue Yonder Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Inventory Management (IM), WMS, MM, and 3PL warehouse integrations. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations between SAP and Blue Yonder WMS environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical integration requirements between SAP IM/WMS and 3PL WMS, specifically Blue Yonder systems.
- Define the overall integration architecture, including functional solutions, data mapping, data migration, and communication channels between SAP and Blue Yonder.
- Design and implement integrations using technologies such as SAP EDI, Web Services, OData APIs, and other relevant integration mechanisms.
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA Inventory Management with 3PL WMS functionalities supporting warehouse operations.
- Create and maintain detailed data mapping rules to ensure accurate and consistent data exchange between SAP and Blue Yonder/3PL systems.
- Support data cleansing, transformation, validation, and migration activities as required.
- Develop and execute comprehensive unit, system, and integration test plans to validate WMS and Inventory Management functionality.
- Coordinate integration testing with SAP, Blue Yonder, 3PL, and business teams.
- Oversee deployment of integration solutions across environments and provide post-production support.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues,



identify data-flow bottlenecks, and drive issues through to resolution.
- Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business and supply chain requirements.
- Work closely with technical and functional stakeholders to communicate integration designs, issues, and solutions.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and production support for SAP WMS/IM and 3PL integrations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP WMS, SAP IM, and SAP MM.
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with 3PL Warehouse Management Systems.
- Solid experience with Blue Yonder WMS or equivalent 3PL WMS platforms.
- Good understanding of SAP EDI, Web Services, REST/OData APIs, and system-to-system integrations.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and migration.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes.
- Experience with integration testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Ability to analyze complex integration issues and identify root causes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical integration solutions.

Preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Inventory and Warehouse Management.
- Experience working with Blue Yonder WMS in a 3PL environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse inbound, outbound, inventory, shipment, receiving, picking, packing, and fulfillment processes.
- Experience working in large-scale supply chain transformation or integration projects.
