In this role, you will serve as the primary business voice for the Operations function throughout the full ERP implementation lifecycle, covering manufacturing, production planning, and logistics/distribution processes from design and fit/gap analysis through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare stabilization. This is a 100% dedicated, full-time project role. You will not configure the system. Your accountability is to define, validate, and test, ensuring that Infor LN accurately reflects Trojan's end-to-end manufacturing and distribution operations. You will work closely with IT, the system integrator, and cross-functional SMEs in Finance and Supply Chain to deliver a solution that is operationally sound and go‑live ready.The position ishybrid, with onsite presence required inLondon, Ontario .ResponsibilitiesRepresent Operations across manufacturing, planning, and logistics/distribution in fit/gap workshops, assessing where standard Infor LN processes align, partially fit, or require business process change.Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) business processes across the full Operations value chain: manufacturing execution, production planning, inventory management,



and outbound logistics.Define detailed functional requirements and business rules covering shop floor control, work order management, production scheduling, demand planning, warehouse operations, and distribution.Review and formally approve configuration decisions made by IT or the integrator across all Operations sub-areas. Not configuring, but accepting and validating design choices.Identify, elevate, and help resolve process gaps between Infor LN standard functionality and Trojan's operational requirements across manufacturing, planning, and logistics.Validate and sign off on master data relevant to Operations including work centers, routings, bills of materials (BOMs), item masters, warehouse locations, and planning parameters prior to migration.Develop and review UAT test scripts and test scenarios covering end-to-end Operations flows: plan to produce, procure to stock, and ship to customer.Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), confirming that configured processes meet business requirements across all Operations sub-areas.Log, triage, and actively participate in defect resolution, providing business context and validating fixes.Participate in integration testing to ensure end-to-end process flows work across functions (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality).Validate planning parameters and scheduling logic in Infor LN, including capacity planning, MRP/MPS settings, and demand signals.Confirm logistics and distribution processes are correctly configured, including outbound shipping, carrier management, and warehouse management workflows.Support cutover planning, identifying Operations-specific tasks, sequencing, and dependencies across manufacturing, planning, and distribution.Confirm go/no-go readiness for the Operations workstream based on UAT results, data quality, and user preparedness.Act as a change champion within Operations, building awareness and readiness among colleagues across the shop floor, planning team, and distribution centre.Provide input into training materials and support end-user readiness for Infor LN across all Operations roles.Serve as primary Operations contact during hypercare,



triaging and resolving issues raised by end users post go-live across manufacturing, planning, and logistics.Other duties as assigned. The associate may be asked to perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.QualificationsMinimum 8 years of experience in Operations across at least two of the following functions: Production, Planning, and Procurement, with demonstrated breadth across the full manufacturing and distribution value chain.Demonstrated hands‑on experience with ERP systems in an operational environment (Infor LN experience strongly preferred).Proven ability to define business requirements, document end-to-end processes, and validate system configurations across multiple Operations sub-areas.Experience leading or executing UAT, system testing, or process validation activities in a structured project environment.Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders across multiple functions.Preferred QualificationsDirect experience with Infor LN (on‑premise or cloud).Participation in a full-cycle ERP implementation.Familiarity with VES tools and methodologies.CompensationThe below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is$91,000 USD to $115,000 per year.This job is also eligible for10% bonus pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
