Position SummaryThe Community Support Worker provides individualized, recovery-oriented support to residents within e4c’s long-term supported housing programs. Working with individuals experiencing mental health, addiction, and trauma-related challenges, the role promotes stability, wellness, and community integration through a relationship-based and trauma-informed approach. The Community Support Worker collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support resident goals, maintain a secure and welcoming environment, and contribute to effective program delivery.Schedule4 days on 2 days off rotation; 3:00 PM – 11:30 PMThis is a shift working position and schedule may vary according to program needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide relationship-based, trauma-informed support to residents, promoting wellness, recovery, and daily living skills development.Support residents with life skills learning, including cooking, medication management, communication, conflict resolution, and community engagement.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare partners to implement and support resident care plans and wellness goals.Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment through positive role modeling, supportive communication, and community-building activities.Assist with meal planning, food preparation, and maintaining food and wellness supplies in alignment with nutritional and program standards.Support community development initiatives by organizing activities, encouraging resident participation,
