Fraser Health Authority in Abbotsford, BC, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Operations, you will provide nursing care in a community health setting, following BCCNM guidelines and Fraser Health policies, within an interdisciplinary team. You will assess and monitor clients, plan and adjust care plans, administer medications, support activities of daily living, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
