Description du posteAs a member of the Wealth Management Finance Compensation Team, reporting to the Manager, Wealth Management Finance, this role is responsible for administering, analyzing, and coordinating the monthly variable compensation process for the Private Investment Advice (PIA) business within TD Wealth Management.ResponsabilitésPartner with business units to understand objectives and support financial and performance outcomes through data‑driven insights.Analyze performance against benchmarks, investigate variances and determine root causes and appropriate resolutions.Coordinate the collection, validation, and review of data across multiple stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for compensation processing.Act as a key contact for complex and escalated compensation inquiries, providing guidance and resolution or directing to appropriate teams.Apply knowledge of compensation structures and processes to interpret issues and determine appropriate outcomes.Build and maintain strong working relationships with Wealth partners and internal stakeholders to support compensation processes and facilitate timely resolution of issues.Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and supporting implementation of solutions.Leverage analytical capabilities to analyze large datasets and deliver clear, concise, and actionable reporting.Effectively prioritize and manage workload to meet service level agreements while balancing competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.Contribute to the accuracy and integrity of compensation processes through thorough analysis, validation, and review of data.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes and support implementation of improvements.Ensure activities are conducted in compliance with internal policies,



standards and regulatory requirements.Apply a risk and control mindset when reviewing data and resolving issues.Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members on compensation‑related matters.Act as a resource within the team, supporting problem resolution and providing guidance on complex or non‑standard issues.Maintain awareness of business developments, tools, and relevant changes impacting the role.Participate in performance management and development activities, including cross‑training.Keep stakeholders informed of relevant updates related to compensation processes and ongoing activities.Support team effectiveness through knowledge sharing and collaboration.Serve as a subject‑matter expert in compensation‑related processes, acting as a key resource for complex issues and representing the function in projects and cross‑functional initiatives.Investigate and resolve complex and non‑routine requests, including operational, reporting, and process‑related issues.Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and support business outcomes.Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify issues and support implementation of effective solutions.Manage multiple priorities and high‑complexity work requiring strong attention to detail and judgment.Qualifications / Expérience & EducationDemonstrate expertise in Microsoft Access and Excel, with proven experience analyzing large datasets. Knowledge of VBA or similar data tools is highly desirable.3+ years of experience in an analytical role; experience in advisory environments or working with compensation or incentive processes is an asset.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business partners and stakeholders across multiple teams.Familiarity with ISM/Kyndryl is an asset.Lieu de travailToronto, Ontario, Canada.Horaires37.5 hours per week.Rémunération$81,600 – $115,200 CAD.#J-18808-Ljbffr
