They manage the platform roadmap, provide quarterly feature requests, ensure the app works as expected, flag bugs and issues to technical teams, deliver new features, test and understand sales implications, and work closely with regional and third‑party partners to drive holistic goals.Product OwnerWork closely with Global/Local Tech & Commercial Teams to manage feature requests, improvements, bug escalation, and severity matrices.Partner & Regional ImplementationOwns regional and 3P partner implementation onto the BEES Application including UAT testing, BEES setup, pillar ownership & P‑Hour, and general ways of working touchpoints.Application COEProvides holistic knowledge of the application and its interaction with the region; manages the roadmap accordingly.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn digital product strategy, roadmap, and execution for BEES.Drive digital adoption, transforming ordering, digital communications, loyalty programs, and delivery operations.Partner with design, engineering, and business teams to prioritize features and deliver incremental value.Lead go‑to‑market strategy, client feedback loops, and process improvements to enhance CX and operational KPIs.Lead implementation onto the BEES Application for Partners & Regions.Job QualificationsUniversity Degree in Business or related field preferred.3‑5 years of business, commercial, or project management experience,
