and workplace matters.Support employee relations by offering initial advice and directing employees to the appropriate HR team member for more complex issues.Assist with reviewing and updating internal HR policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and alignment with current practices.Provide administrative and coordination support across the HR team, helping with a range of tasks as needed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal processes and HR workflows to ensure smooth operations and consistent communication.Support various HR initiatives and projects, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.Education:A post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is considered a strong asset.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role is required.Solid understanding of HR best practices and processes is a definite asset.Skills:Solid written and verbal communication skills.Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving with a balanced, professional approach.Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities.People-focused, approachable,



and empathetic in all interactions.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.A true team player with a collaborative and supportive mindset.Base Salary:$22+ per hourSalary based on experience.Work Hours:40 hours per week.Monday to Friday.Remote Work:This position isnotremote and required to be on-site.Additional Notes:This opportunity does not include relocation.
