This is an amazing opportunity to hone your skills as an ambassador by welcoming guests, taking reservations and assisting with school and education programs, specialty groups, events, and travel trade groups.Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor this role ensures that all guests are met to a standard of excellence and that the front‑end operations for museum admissions runs smoothly. The Guest Experience Associate will gain and share their in‑depth knowledge of the Museum (the site and its history, programs, activities, & exhibits).Main duties will include but are not limited to:Welcoming and processing all guest admissions, bookings, sales and inquiriesSharing accurate and clear information with guestsAdministering and ensuring the tunnel manifest is accurate at all times, coordinating closely with the Museum’s InterpretersEnsuring all guest safety protocols are followed at all timesManaging and adjusting tours for late arrivals, special needs, overbooking, etc.Learning,
