Mint Room Studios is a natural light photography studio and event space in Toronto, known for its beautifully designed interiors and elevated guest experience. We welcome clients for photoshoots, workshops, and private bookings in a fast-paced, service-driven workplace.

Our team is committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming space for every guest who walks through our doors.

We are currently seeking a Seasonal Studio Attendant to join our team.

Locations:

- Dupont St & Campbell Ave
- Sterling Rd & Perth Ave

Schedule: Evenings, weekends, and on-call availability required

Position Overview The Studio Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and operational standards of the studio.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in customer service, enjoys working in creative environments, and takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces.

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails/messages in a timely and professional manner
- Welcoming guests and engaging with clients throughout their booking
- Assisting clients with booking inquiries and studio-related questions
- Addressing client concerns and escalating when appropriate

Studio Operations

- Preparing, resetting, cleaning, and sanitizing studio rooms between bookings
- Maintaining studio furniture, décor, and shared spaces




- Assisting with seasonal installations and studio transitions
- Processing payments in accordance with company procedures
- Following all health and safety protocols

Operational Support

- Communicating updates to management as required
- Assisting with supply inventory and light purchasing tasks
- Supporting general studio operations as needed

Qualifications

- Passion for customer service
- Friendly, professional communication style
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling payments
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to commute/relocate
