PROFILE Academic background & Experience
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ hands on experience supporting SAP user access, role management, authorisations, testing, and incident resolution
- Familiarity with standard SAP functional domains and core business processes (e.g. Finance, Projects, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing)
- Demonstrated success in performing similar ERP type roles within large and complex organizations

Skills
- English speaking
- Fluent business French (minimum C1 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP S/4HANA certification
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
- ITSM tools (Service Now)
- Previous experience working with SAP Security
- Strong knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- L2 Support experience, with the ability to provide technical support and answer complex technical queries
- Experience in ticket management and resolution, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
