We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure setting for our clients, employees, and visitors. A background in law enforcement or security is preferred, along with strong observational skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities within the facility and report any suspicious behavior.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
Skills
- Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public.
