This is a busy role where priorities can shift quickly, so the right person will be organized, comfortable with follow-up, and able to keep multiple candidates moving through the process at once.RequirementsThe Ideal Candidatebrings previous experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.You are confident speaking with candidates, comfortable asking the right questions, and able to stay organized while managing a busy pipeline.
