Key Responsibilities:



• Efficiently process and manage accounts payable invoices • Prepare and process various payments accurately • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate issues • Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems • Support payroll processing with time entry accuracy

Requirements: • Certificate or diploma in Accounting or Finance • At least one year in accounting, payroll, or bookkeeping • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office tools • Strong communication and organizational skills • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
