You will own end-to-end technical engagements, diving deep into customer challenges and getting hands‑on with technology. Whether a customer is looking to leverage Generative AI to personalize learning at scale, build modern data and analytics platforms to unlock student outcomes, or architect resilient and secure cloud‑native applications, you will guide them from whiteboard to production.You will engage across every level of an organization; from C‑suite executivesshaping product strategy, to engineering teams building the next generation of learning platforms. The SA combines deep technical expertise with business acumen: you are equally comfortable presenting complex cloud architectures to a room of engineers and articulating the business value of those solutions to a non‑technical audience. You will author whitepapers and reference architectures that capture the imagination of the broader SA community, our partners, and our customers. You will deliver technical webinars, speak at public events, contribute to open‑source projects, and potentially file patents that could shape future AWS products and features.SAs within our team have experience designing secure, compliant, and high‑performing solutions.
