The Taylor District YMCA provides high quality aquatics programming, engages with the community and supports the development of lifesaving skills.Major ResponsibilitiesPut in to action the principles and practice of lifesaving, lifeguarding and first aidObserve patrons in the pool, enforce safety regulations and maintain safety in the facilityWillingness to complete swim instructor trainingBe in accordance with all applicable provincial and YMCA Standards, policies and proceduresHelp facilitate aquatics programming, plan activities for community events and birthday partiesTake payments for drop-in swims,
